We had a brilliant experience with Simon (Mosstechnical) who was exceptionally responsive to our needs. After the first COVID lockdown we realised that we needed the sound and video capacity to livestream our services. Simon offered us a perfect option within our budget that was simple enough for us to use but with very high quality components. The installation was quick and professional. When we encountered any small bugs or had questions, Simon was always available to answer and made frequent trips to make sure everything ran perfectly. I cannot recommend Mosstechnical enough for churches or any other institutions looking to install audio/video and WiFi systems. Simon came to us through a word of mouth recommendation as someone who would help us with the need to change some of our AV equipment, due to technical issues. Simon came and was brilliant at understanding our needs, working out what equipment we needed and figuring out what would be best for the type of church we are. We are a church reliant on volunteers, we needed it to be easy to use, and yet to both enable us to stream our services online and in our building. Simon brought together a new system for our AV and a new mesh WiFi system, so we have a superb working AV system, next up is our ancient sound system, so we will be using Simon again. The team who worked on the installation were friendly, timely and were very neat, all the cabling is well hidden, and he even tidied up some existing cabling which was a bit of an eyesore. Simon loved the challenge of figuring out what worked best for our context and we have a system which can do what we asked for and more. Thank you.
